Alain Ducasse’s cooking School, which was designed for food amateurs and lovers, is set up within the premises of the Professional training centre of Argenteuil.
Everyday, Chefs of the training centre introduce you to the Chef’s culinary techniques, through creative, refined recipes, which imply traditional and modern cooking techniques. Induction systems, wok and steam ovens will enable you to get a better control the essential art of cooking.
You can also check our culinary reflex ion lab, where Alain Ducasse’s training center chefs work along with food industry professionals who come here to perfect their craft.
In order to easily reach the training centre, a free shuttle is available: it leaves Paris from 73, boulevard de Courcelles, 8th district, Paris, in front of Be® shop, and will drive you to the training centre, in Argenteuil.

The cuisine
Come immerse yourself in the gastronomy universe of Alain Ducasse, from Monaco to Paris, Tokyo or New York, on a fantastic journey into the world of cooking. Come learn the personal methods of the chef himself, a professional know-how specifically adapted to domestic environment. 12 themes are available.
Pastry making
From plated deserts and confectioneries to petit fours; pastry making is a very precise science as well as a wonderful pleasure! In this program, the thin line between education and enjoyment is easily crossed!
Three types of sessions…
Our Full day sessions
This is our major session: you will treat yourself to an incredible eight hour exploration of a specific theme, which includes a formal lunch.
Our Half day sessions
Morning or afternoon sessions: this discovery course enables you to prepare two recipes while trying the dishes you will prepare in a welcoming atmosphere.
