Discovery and Pleasure
Morning or afternoon, cooking or pastry: you choose the program. Less dense then our full day sessions, these sessions will allow you to prepare two recipes and taste them in the relaxed environment of our kitchen.
For morning sessions:
8’30 am (optional)
We can pick you up at our Be® shop (Alain Ducasse’s bakery-grocery) 73, boulevard de Courcelles, Paris (75008) and take you to Alain Ducasse training Center in Argenteuil (95100). Don’t be late!
9’00 am
The session begins: you are welcomed into the heart of the cooking school with a breakfast. With no time to lose, you put on your uniform and begin the necessary preparations for that day’s recipes.
12’00 am
In a very relaxed atmosphere, you will try and taste in the kitchen the dishes you and the whole team prepared under the direction of our chef.
1’00 pm
The morning comes to a close with a coffee.
For afternoon sessions:
2’00 pm (optional)
We can pick you up at our Be® shop (Alain Ducasse’s bakery-grocery) 73, boulevard de Courcelles, Paris (75008) and take you to Alain Ducasse training Center in Argenteuil (95100). Don’t be late!
2’30 pm
The afternoon begins with greetings and refreshments. While we present the program, we give you your uniforms and recipes. Then the work begins.
6’00 pm
The moment has come to taste the recipes created in the company of the chef. Discussions and debates develop within a convivial and relaxed atmosphere.
6’30 pm
End of the afternoon: you’ll go home with your recipes, your apron, and many memories. Our shuttle service is also available to go back to Paris.
